Email Communications

CompliSpace sends out our communications using a platform called Hubspot. If your staff are not receiving emails sent from us, there are a few steps you can take to ensure that our content updates, product offers, and other information are being delivered to your inbox.
  1. Add our from email addresses to your email address book. This tells the inbox that it should expect to receive emails coming from that address. Each email system (outlook, Gmail, etc.) has a different process for adding email addresses, which can be found in their help documentation. We recommend adding the following emails to your address book:

  2. Request that your IT/Email team add our email sending domain to your company's allowlist. This tells their email server that it should expect to receive emails from any from address containing our domain. Our domains are:

  1. Request that your IT/Email team add our sending IP addresses from HubSpot to your company's allowlist. Our sending IP addresses are:

  2. Open and click links in marketing emails you do receive from us. This tells the inbox to trust emails coming from our address and email sending domain. An email system is always learning; if our contacts continue to open and click on our emails, the email system will learn to accept those emails in the future.

  3. Move our emails found in your SPAM/junk folder back to the inbox. This tells the inbox where to place that email in the future and improves our domain's sender reputation.
